In episode #51, Mel and Trish chat to the very awesome Dr Pauline Manely of ‘New Moves Wellness.’ Author, academic, dancer, teacher and counsellor, Pauline has combined her strengths and enviable skills to create a wellness program catering for mature women, seniors, cultural groups, busy corporates, differently abled and those suffering from mental health issues.

It’s fun fitness, more like a dance party than the hard slog of a run or gym workout and incorporates a more gentle approach to the connection between movement, mind, body and spirit.
